What's included in the AI Espresso? Four tried-and-tested weekly routines, each lasting 15 minutes: W1 Research (3 sources → 1 insight sentence), W2 300-word plain-text memo, W3 Bias check with before/after comparison + 5 learnings, W4 Feedback coach with 2 measurable improvements. Also included: copy-paste prompts, a mini-tracker, and a KPI loop.

Which tools are used? Recommended: Perplexity or Claude (research), Notebook LM (plain text memo), Gemini (bias check), and ChatGPT (feedback coach). Alternatives are possible – the prompts work across platforms.

How much time do I need per week? 15 minutes – realistically, 10 minutes for implementation + 5 minutes for documentation. After 4 weeks, approximately +60 minutes of efficiency, which will be invested in mentoring and visibility.

Do I need prior AI knowledge? No. The checklist guides you step-by-step in clear language. What's important is curiosity and a safe environment: try it out, document it, share it.

May I share the checklist internally? Yes, for internal team use. Please do not re-upload it publicly. Instead, link to the original download page.
