You leave with 2-3 concrete starting points, clear priorities and ideas on how to proceed.

The focus session is for you if you…

  • When you look at a website/offer, you sense: "Something's right here, but I don't clearly see what it is."

  • You want to explain a health topic (e.g., prevention, gut health, women's health, nutrition) in an understandable way

  • You want to sort through a campaign idea before you waste time and budget.

  • You want an external perspective – without immediately starting a large project.

  • 2-3 levers you can directly address (structure, messages, CTAs, content formats)

  • a clear priority list (what now / what later)

  • Initial formulations and content ideas – directly from the conversation

  • More certainty about what you can do yourself and where support is really useful.

Booking process

Appointment & Payment

We will arrange an appointment via Zoom, telephone, or in person in Düsseldorf. You will receive a confirmation including the fee and payment details (prepayment or invoice shortly after the session).

Session & Follow-up

We'll meet for 60 minutes. At the end, we'll summarize your 2-3 most important levers. You'll receive a short written summary as a reminder.

FAQs - Good to know

What should I bring to the focus session? Ideally, links (website, landing page, social media profile) and 1-2 specific questions or goals. The clearer your focus, the more you can gain.

Can I split the 60 minutes? The standard is one continuous 60-minute call. If that works better, we can also do two 30-minute calls; just let me know.

Is there a recording? If you'd like, we can record the call (Zoom recording) and you'll receive the file afterward.

Is the focus session worthwhile if I don't yet have a website? Yes. We can use the session to develop your offering structure, messaging, and initial content ideas before you build the text and design.

What happens if I need to cancel at short notice? You can reschedule free of charge up to 3 business days before the appointment. After that, we'll find a fair solution on a case-by-case basis. It's important to me that we treat time with respect.
